I'm Luke Skywalker. I'm here to rescue you.

The world of fashion moves very fast, as the saying goes - "One day you're in, the next day, you're out." Though for Hong Kongers, it doesn't work that way because nobody really has a clue about what's in or out, or why the proverbial cat flap of good design sense lets everything but cats through.

Fortunately, this broken cat flap (aka I.T store) allows those who cling doggedly to dreams of becoming one of Hong Kong's most sought-after 'fashun icons' a distinct possibility; this illustrious list, among others, features the likes of Bosco Wong, Hilary Tsui, Hello Kitty and ... Luke Skywalker... <<<record scratch>>>

Bosco Wong Fashion Icon

HK Fashion Police discovered a new celebrity "trendsetter" with fashion sense as outrageous as our all-time-favourite, Ms. Hilary Tsui.  Following an honorable mention last month featuring an eye-popping table-cloth dress on television, Mr. Bosco Wong surprised us with the ultimate dropped-crotch-hanging-patterned-pant-legs-grey-socks-showing pants, ski cap, white scarf, and women's handbag (or men bag?) stepping out of HK people's fashion shrine, I.T.  Bosco's rumored girlfriend, Myolie Wu, looked ever so plain in comparison in her patterned scarf and robe-liked grey top.  Time to get some fashion tips from the boy, Miss Wu!

The Diligent Wife's Hairy Boots

"You know, honey, these hairy boots are so worth the money!  I can just go around the house with them on, and voila, the place will be sparkling clean!  Just like them dust mop slippers!"

Biker Guy's Girlfriend?

For some odd reasons, this lady reminds me of the biker guy in the Village People.  What do you think?

What better way to celebrate the Valentines than by wearing matching patterned leggings together on this Chinese Valentine's Day?  Mister and Miss Sweetheart toted matching black handbags and shoes as well, giving that couples-dress-alike-look a trendy twist!

Chinese New Year Surprise

Gung Hei Fat Choi, dear Fashion Police readers!  TVB actor Bosco Wong gave us a nice little new year surprise by wearing a skirt on the channel's new year show.  It is not a kilt, nor a pair of dropped-crotch pants.  It looked like a plain piece of table-cloth wrapped around the waist down on top of regular pants.  Maybe this will be the beginning of another fad... oops, I mean, trend?

HK Museum of Fashion, Circa 2210

"Ladies and gentlemen, on our left is Exhibit A: a special display of various  materials commonly spotted on women in Hong Kong back in 2010.  You can see a careful selection of crochet, suede, patterned lycra, faux fur, and faux leather... " HK Museum of Fashion docent, Gucci Wong told his group of visitors.
